We support you in selecting appropriate Metrics, from a bank of Metrics, for the Integral Supply Chain Processes i.e. Sales Order, Forecasting, Planning, Procurement, Inventory, Distribution, Order Execution & Financials. It is necessary to include Customers & Suppliers, in your scheme of metrics.

Once the Metrics are selected, we work out the method to be followed for measuring the parameters, for a given Process. And the team or person responsible for the measurement and meeting the Target of the Metrics is identified.
Meaning of each Metrics is explained to total Supply chain Team, Customers & Suppliers & its measurement method & its upward linkage to Company Objectives. It is also necessary for all to understand the interplay between each metrics, what drives them to be positive or negative.
Once Metrics are published and data is analyzed, action for improvement can be planned & executed for Operational efficiencies.
After the Corrective actions are in place, we continue to monitor the Metrics, and look for further improvements till Objectives are excelled.

The Metrics are published through the use of IT Systems or manually, on a pre determined time cycle i.e. Daily, Weekly, Monthly. For all to view. All decisions in the Company then are taken based on Facts & not on gut feeling.
Once this is in place for some time, the Organization is driven by Data alone.
